Eligible for an SAT or ACT Waiver???
If you qualify for free/reduced lunch for MCSD you are eligible for up to 2 waivers for the SAT and 2 waivers for the ACT.  

Directions for Requesting a Waiver

1. Get your lunch status form from the cafeteria.  Any of the cashiers can assist you. 

2. Bring the form to the counseling office and fill out a Waiver request form (green paper) located on the front counter.  

3. Once it is filled out put the waiver request form along with the lunch status form in the envelope outside Mrs. Osborn's office.

***Waiver requests are generally processed the same day.  You can pick up your waiver in the pick up box near Mrs. Fuller's desk. It will be in a sealed envelope with your name.***

 

Very Important Points to remember about signing up for the SAT and/or ACT!!!!

~ Test security is taken very seriously.  Please make sure you have proper ID the day of the test.  Many students are turned away and do not recieve refunds without proper ID.  ***Just a heads up that they will NOT take out dated school IDs.  ID cards can be obtained at the local DMV.*** 

~ If you use a fee waiver and for some reason do not test the day you registered the testing centers still count that waiver as one of the two allowed.  Please plan your test date accordingly.
